Winter Schedule (Starting November 4, 2019)


Our club currently meets at the Lakehead University Track (the Hanger) between 4:30 and 6:30

pm on Mondays and Thursdays between November 4 and April 30.


Typical schedule includes:


  • 4:30 to 5:00 pm - Individual warm up and stretching;

  • 5:00 to 5:15 pm - Group warm up and instructions;

  • 5:15 to 5:45 pm - Scheduled Work Out;

  • 5:45 to 6:15 pm - Cool Down and Core Workout and Stretch


We encourage runners of all abilities to come out. Contact us by phone or email or just come to the hanger reception and tell them you are starting with the Lakehead Masters Running Club.  We congregate on the corner of the field opposite to the entry way (at the locker location).  You can try our workouts for a couple weeks to see it it is right for you without financial obligation.
